       The NSG is an elite force that was formed to counter terrorist attacks,handle hijack situations and rescue hostages.The Black cats called because of their black overalls and headgear.Comprise men drawn mainly from the army,as well as from BSF,CRPF,ITBP,RAF,MARCOS.The NSG played a key role in eliminating terrorists at the pathankot Air Force Base.
